  • •Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings
  • •Costs: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. MadeSmplr is not responsible for carrier charges
  • •Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message
  • •Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@madesmplr.com
  • •Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers
  • •No Warranty: SMS delivery is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

4. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by MadeSmplr and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant MadeSmplr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADESMPLR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MadeSmplr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
